DAY 1 [Tamanrasset - Saharien Pétrifié Hôtel]

Arrival at the end of afternoon, greeting at the airport and transfer at Ou+oul. Night in the gardens of the Bois pétrifié Hotel.

DAY 2 [Tamanrasset-Atakor - Assekrem -Ermitage]

After a walking discovery excursion of Tamanrasset (bordj of Père de Foucault and old city) then lunch, we will start the rocky and sloping 80 kilometres of the Atakor to reach, after breathtaking landscapes, the refuge at the foot of the Assekrem Plateau. We will arrive early enough to leave by foot toward the Charles de Foucault Hermitage and to admire from the summit, the sunset in the heart of the Atakor (20 minute walk). The night will be spent in the refuge after a good dinner prepared by your cook.

DAY 3 [Assekrem - Tamanrosset - Oued Zazir - Oued Ighorghar - Oued Foutes]

Early rise in the morning for those who want to see the sunrise on the Hoggar Mountain. After breakfast, descent in an all-terrain vehicle toward the plain of Adriane. Lunch in Tamanrasset before continuing the descent via the large wadis toward the Tassilis of Hoggar. We will head a hundred kilometres toward the south before reaching the Zazir wadi, where we will encounter a few Tuareg camps before continuing toward the Igharghar wadi and the Foutes wadi where we will settle camp at 150 km from Tramanrasset.

DAY 4 [Oued Foutes - Tin Tarabin - Debnat - Youf Aghlal]

After breakfast and a morning excursion, we will pursue our descent toward the south via many small wadis that will lead us to the larger Hoogor wadi, the Tin Tarabin that we will go up a little, before ending up in the ostriches valley, nice little Ténéré that will lead you to the Youf Aghlal site. Immense spaces in the middle of the blond dunes where are planted ghostly castles, watchtowers, fingers shaped by the wind, large round balls looking like sleeping elephants. Everywhere where the eye lays are strange forms calling to be discovered. Night and bivouac in the middle of the site.

DAY 5 [Youf Aghlal - Tinen Fozo - Tin Egoleth - Tahaggart]

Discovery of the site of the Youf Aghlal and Tinen Faza and its immense valley of the buddhas. We will then leave toward the west to reach a lovely canyon in the Tassili Tin Egoleh where we will have lunch. Continuation of the progression toward the south to reach at the end of the afternoon our most prestigious bivouac in Tahaggart, veritable mineral jewel of the Tassili of Hoggar, sculpted just like a Giacometti's. Night and bivouac.

DAY 6 [Tahaggart - Tin Tarabin - Tagrera]

We will have the morning to discover the best points of view on the Tahaggart site. The perspectives are always different as we progress this site and will not cease to take your breath away. After a lunch picnic, we will leave this marvellous site to cross the Tin Tarabin before reaching Tagrera where are waiting for us other eroded rock formations in the shape of a mushroom. Night and bivouac in the region of Tagrera.

DAY 7 [Tagrera - In Akacheker - EI Ghessour]

Morning excursion on the Tagrera site before departure for the In Akacheker site. Discovery of the fantastic castles caressed by sand fingers. Lunch on site before the short ride to reach El Ghessour, that we will discover by foot (narrow and impressive canyon). Bivouac in the dunes.

DAY 8 [EI Ghessour - Tamanrasset - Hôtel Saharien Pétrifié]

Early in the morning departure from El Ghessour toward Tamanrasset. Lunch on the way. Arrival in Tamanrasset at the beginning of the afternoon for some free time in the city. Transfer at the campground. Settling at the Bois pétrifié Hotel. Showers. Dinner and night at the campground.

DAY 9 [Algiers - Departue]

After breakfast, transfer to the airport.
