DAY 1 [Arrival in Algiers]

Arrival in Algiers - Greeting and transfer at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.

DAY 2 [Algiers - Tamanrasset - Assekrem]

Early departure in the morning for Tam by plane. Upon arrival, greeting and transfer to the Tahat Hotel. 

After lunch, departure for Assekrem, crossing of the first volcanic sites which overlook the Ihren peak before stopping for the fist tour of the Tahabort source. 

Continuation toward the Imlaouloune and Afilale Gueltas. 

Arrival in the afternoon in Assekrem. 

Dinner and accommodation in a refuge.

DAY 3 [Assekrem - Tamanrasset - Igharghar]

Early in the morning and after breakfast, return to Tam, then continuation toward the Tassili of Hoggar. This day will all be spent on the road. 

Such as the water runs, our convoy will follow the sinuous road of the wadis, sometimes green, crossing regs and ergs. 

Lunch on the road. 

Settling for the night, bivouac in Igharghar.

DAY 4 [Igharghar - Tagrera]

After breakfast, the expedition will continue on the path direction Tagrera. There, the landscape will appear like a ancient city covered with the volcanic lava, these sandstone covered "towers" invaded by the red sand in a grand décor, that seem to belong to another planet. 

Settling of the camp and lunch. 

The afternoon will be spent on pedestrian excursions in a prehistoric site looking for some witnesses of the Neolithic, Palaeolithic such as mortars, grinding stones, carved stones or rupestral engravings.

Night in Tagrera (bivouac).

DAY 5 [Tagrera - Youf Ahaket]

After breakfast, the convoy take up the road again toward Youf Ahaket following the Tassili of Immenskor. 

Lunch on the way, close the engraved slabs in Tifinagh, continuation toward Youf Ahaket. Before getting to the last few kilometres, the site will appear as an immense rampart spiked with fine needles forming a magnificent lace and surrounded with enormous perfectly rounded stone blocs, making this landscape straight out of fiction. 

Settling in the camp, at the end of the day; dinner and bivouac.

DAY 6 [Youf Ahaket - Tamekrest]

Early in the morning, we will continue our way. 

Stop on the way in the Tin Tarabine wadi that welcomes us in its greenery for lunch. 

Continuation toward Tamekrest where we will settle camp at the foot of the natural dam where runs a fresh water, so rare in the desert, on granite background. 

Dinner and bivouac.

DAY 7 [Tamekrest - Tamanrasset]

Departure in the morning for Tam, arrival at the Tahat Hotel for lunch. 

Settling in a full-pension. 

In the afternoon, free time to tour Tamanrasset, of its artisan blacksmiths, of the Bordj of the Père de Foucault, of the museum and of the market.

DAY 8 [Departure]

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for take off toward Algiers.

Greeting and assistance for departure toward Europe or any other destination.
